Customer Consultant

Greetings! We're seeking a polished and professional Customer Consultant who should serve as a front-line ambassador in an aviation environment, creating a welcoming, polished, and highly personalized experience for general aviation passengers, pilots, flight crews, tenants, and visitors. This role supports inbound inquiries, outbound consultations, in-person appointments, and account-based advising as part of a dedicated customer success team. The position reports to the Sales Manager, Branch or Department Manager, or Director of Client Services, with career growth opportunities toward Account Manager, Customer Success Leadership, or Sales Leadership roles. The schedule rotates weekly and includes weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer consultations and assess individual needs.
• Provide product guidance and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage customer relationships across inbound, outbound, in-person, and account-based interactions.
• Support sales activities and consultative selling efforts.
• Follow up with customers to ensure service continuity and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and recommendations in CRM systems.
• Resolve customer issues and address conflicts professionally.
• Share market feedback and customer insights with internal teams.
• Recognize when a guest's experience has not met service expectations and take reasonable steps to assist in resolving the concern.

·     Listen attentively and respectfully to guest concerns without becoming defensive or dismissive.

·     Take ownership of resolving matters within the authority of the position and promptly involve a supervisor when additional assistance is required.

·      Keep guests appropriately informed while an issue is being addressed rather than requiring them to repeatedly seek updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in customer consulting.
• Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, luxury hospitality, resorts, country clubs, hotels, executive transportation, or another high-touch guest service environment.
• Familiarity with general aviation or Fixed Base Operator (FBO) operations.
• Experience coordinating travel, transportation, catering, or concierge services.
• Point-of-sale or customer transaction experience.
• Knowledge of consultative selling, customer relationship management, needs analysis, and product knowledge.
• Experience with CRM software, presentations, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
