THE FACILITY
- Large ~270-bed skilled nursing facility
- Long-term care, rehab, and memory care (~70 beds)
- Busy, high-acuity environment with consistent need
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Medication administration (PO, injections, treatments)
- Monitor and assess residents
- Perform treatments and wound care
- Supervise CNAs and delegate tasks
- Charting and documentation
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, and care team
- Respond to changes in patient condition
WHAT YOU NEED
- Active CT LPN license
- SNF / LTC experience REQUIRED
- Strong clinical and medication skills
- Comfortable supervising CNAs
- Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions)
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment
