THE FACILITY
- Large ~270-bed skilled nursing facility
- Long-term care, rehab, and memory care (~70 beds)
- Busy environment with consistent need for CNAs
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Full ADL care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Transfers (2-assist, Hoyer lifts)
- Feeding assistance
- Vitals and reporting changes
- Repositioning residents
- Work with high-acuity and dementia patients
WHAT YOU NEED
- Active CT CNA license
- SNF / LTC experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable with 10–15 patients
- Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions)
- Able to handle fast-paced environment
