Key Responsibilities
- Process daily billing and ensure accurate invoicing for logistics services
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Review billing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and manage billing data within company systems
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative or accounting tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Experience with billing, A/P, and A/R
- Comfortable working in accounting or billing software and repeating processes accurately
- Experience with McLeod software is a plus, not required
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Self-motivated with a “what can I do to help?” mindset
