Hybrid – Remote & Onsite (Location Flexible)
$17/hour | 1099 Contract| 5-20 hours/ week

Location Area: Cadillac, Clare, Harrison, Mt. Pleasant, Midland and surrounding areas

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging in collaborative in-person meetings and events.

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between exceptional candidates and rewarding opportunities. You will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver top-tier candidates.

• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of cleared and non-cleared technical talent.

• Craft engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract diverse candidates.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing strategies.

• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

• Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring an excellent experience.

• Collaborate with the team on process improvements and talent strategy initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 2 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate).

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.

• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with ChatGPT
