Sales Manager – Metal Fabrication Equipment (Territory Role)
Location: United States (Remote / Territory-Based)
Travel: ~50%

About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive territory growth for advanced metal fabrication equipment
This is a full-cycle, field-based role focused on selling high-value capital equipment into sheet metal fabrication environments. You’ll own deals from prospecting through close, working directly with shop owners, plant managers, and production teams.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → demos → proposals → closing
- Sell metal folding systems and fabrication equipment into manufacturing environments
- Build and manage a strong territory pipeline via outreach, dealer networks, and trade shows
- Conduct on-site product demos with technical support teams
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Develop long-term relationships with fabrication shops and industrial clients
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of capital equipment / industrial sales experience
- Strong exposure to sheet metal fabrication, HVAC, or metal processing industries
- Proven ability to sell into technical buyers on the shop floor
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and high-value deals
- Comfortable with territory ownership and travel (~50%)

- Experience with CNC, press brakes, folding, or fabrication equipment
- Existing network within fabrication / manufacturing industry
