Description:
· Established plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Virginia attorney to manage cases from intake through trial.
· You'll handle your own caseload, take depositions, negotiate settlements, appear in court and try personal injury cases throughout Virginia.
Requirements:
· Active Virginia Bar license.
· Plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience.
· Experience handling depositions, mediations and trial preparation.
· Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
· Trial experience is strongly preferred
