Title: Field Technician (Boilers)

Description:
· A strong opportunity for a hands-on technician with commercial or industrial boiler experience.
· You will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, start up, commission, and tune boilers and related equipment while working directly with commercial and industrial customers.
What You Will Own:
· Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial boilers, burners, controls, and boiler-room equipment.
· Perform preventive maintenance, emergency service, factory startups, and commissioning.
· Perform combustion analysis and burner tuning.
· Diagnose mechanical, electrical, controls, and instrumentation issues.
· Service hydronic, high and low pressure steam, firetube, and watertube systems.
· Complete service reports and communicate directly with customers.
· Mentor and assist junior technicians.
What You Bring:
· Hands-on commercial or industrial boiler experience.
· Field service, troubleshooting, repair, or maintenance experience.
· Strong mechanical skills with electrical and controls knowledge.
· Experience with burners, combustion systems, steam, hydronic boilers, or related equipment.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to participate in local on-call rotation.
· Commercial HVAC, burner and combustion, electrical, or plumbing backgrounds are welcome with meaningful boiler experience.
· Relevant technical-school training is a plus.
