Location: Richmond, VA (Relocation Assistance Available)

Full-Time | Direct Hire / 40 Hours Weekly

Night Shift / $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role:

· Seeking an experienced Sheet-Fed Offset Press Operator to run KBA, Heidelberg, Komori, or similar presses in a fast-paced production environment. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in commercial printing, packaging, envelope printing, or direct mail.

· Schedule: 7PM – 7AM (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule)

What You’ll Do:

· Operate and maintain sheet-fed offset presses.

· Perform make-readies and press setups.

· Monitor color quality, registration, and print accuracy.

· Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues.

· Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning.

· Reduce downtime and material waste.

· Meet production deadlines and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience operating KBA, Heidelberg, Komori, Ryobi, Mitsubishi, Manroland, or similar presses.

· Strong knowledge of make-readies, color control, and registration.

· Mechanical troubleshooting ability.

· Ability to read print specs and production orders.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Team-oriented with strong attention to quality.

• Color Registration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Press Setup (Make-Ready): 1 year (Preferred)
• Sheet-Fed Offset: 1 year (Preferred)
