About the Role:

· We’re hiring an experienced B2B sales professional to grow aftermarket and OEM parts sales within the marine industry.

· This role is focused on building business with marinas, shipyards, distributors, OEMs, and aftermarket customers.

· Ideal for someone with strong automotive aftermarket parts experience and established marine industry relationships.

What You’ll Do:

· Develop new business across marine aftermarket and OEM markets.

· Grow and manage existing customer accounts.

· Build relationships with shipyards, marinas, distributors, and OEMs.

· Prepare quotes, pricing, and proposals.

· Negotiate deals and delivery terms.

· Travel for customer meetings and industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

· B2B aftermarket parts sales experience.

· Background in automotive, marine, OEM, industrial, or distribution sales.

· Strong hunter mentality and relationship-building skills.

· Existing book of business in marine or related industries is highly preferred.

· Comfortable with travel.

Pay: $72,142.32 - $75,000.00 per year
