Hard Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 2–5 years of proven success in a B2B sales role
- Bilingual: Spanish required (Portuguese or others are a plus)
- Ability to occasionally travel internationally as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and customer service abilities
Role Summary
This role is responsible for driving sales growth across international markets, with a focus on Mexico and the Americas. The position combines maintaining strong relationships with existing export clients while building new business through proactive outreach. Success will be measured by the ability to open new markets, serve international customers, and deliver consistent sales growth while representing the company in diverse cultural environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new export accounts in Mexico and the Americas
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing international clients
- Prepare and deliver bids, quotes, and proposals for export customers
- Negotiate pricing, availability, and shipping details
- Respond promptly to international customer inquiries
- Generate sales reports (daily, weekly, or monthly) for management
- Conduct market research and assess new international product requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of export or international sales experience
- Bilingual: Spanish required (Portuguese or others are a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate as a team player
- Experience with social media networking and outreach
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organized with excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to travel internationally as needed

- Base Salary: $Open with DOE commission potential
