Title: Bearing Manufacturing Manager

Location: Worcester, MA

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Client: Lutco, Inc.

Overview:

· Lead engineering for custom bearing manufacturing from design through production.

· Own tooling, quality, new product launches, manufacturing performance, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

· Lead Manufacturing Engineering and technical teams.

· Support bearing design and customer applications.

· Improve tooling, machining, stamping, and assembly.

· Drive PPAP, ISO, quality, and process improvements.

· Lead Lean, Kaizen, automation, and new product launches.

What We're Looking For:

· 5 years Manufacturing Engineering leadership.

· Bearing manufacturing or precision mechanical components.

· Metal stamping, machining, tooling, and progressive dies.

· Blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.

· Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience:

• Tooling and Progressive Dies: 3 years (Preferred)
• Bearing Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
• Metal Stamping: 3 years (Preferred)
