About the role:
- Act as the main point of contact for allied health professionals seeking new assignments
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with candidates across various allied disciplines (e.g., radiology techs, surgical techs, therapists, lab professionals, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and prioritizing each candidate’s preferences
- Respond to new candidate inquiries and applications through our app, website, or other channels
- Manage the hiring process from screening and interviewing to credentialing and job placement
- Clearly explain pay packages and job benefits
- Proactively build a pipeline of qualified allied health professionals for current and future roles
- Promote opportunities through text, phone, email, and app-based outreach
- Work through and resolve challenges quickly and professionally
- Stay engaged with industry trends and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and idea sharing
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a recruiter (allied health recruiting experience is a plus)
- You’re goal-oriented and driven by success
- You have strong communication skills and feel confident engaging by phone, email, and text
- You’re energized by solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment
- You’re comfortable working on-site with a team and collaborating daily
- Bachelor’s degree required
