Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable financial information.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance that supports growth and operational decision making.
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, financial forecasts, and long-range planning initiatives.
- Build meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting that provide visibility into performance across multiple locations.
- Analyze profitability, trends, costs, and operational performance to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close, cash flow management, financial statements, and internal controls.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that streamline accounting operations and strengthen financial reporting.
- Collaborate with operations and department leaders to improve business performance through data-driven insights.
- Mentor and support the accounting team while helping shape the future growth of the finance function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Progressive accounting and financial leadership experience in a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar role.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ability to translate financial information into meaningful business recommendations.
- Experience improving financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
