The ideal candidate brings 5 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, a strong background in global sourcing, and proven skills in supplier negotiations—ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Buyer – Indirect, you will manage procurement for Corporate Services, ensuring cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability targets are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop regional sourcing strategies and monitor market trends
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations with key suppliers
- Drive year-over-year cost savings and support operational needs
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and internal teams for product launches
- Mitigate supply chain risks and maintain accurate procurement data
- Provide market insights and ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability initiatives
- Support additional indirect categories as needed
