Sales Associate

StaffBright has an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals with one of our clients! We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their growing team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support customers in the showroom and over the phone with excellent service.
• Use the CRM to track, follow up on, and process client orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products.
• Help with showroom merchandising and keep displays clean and organized.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.

What We Need From You

• 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools, including MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
