What You Will Be Doing
- Handle a mix of inbound leads (people already requesting quotes) and outbound sales outreach
- Make 30–60 phone calls per day to potential and existing customers
- Learn customer needs and help translate them into accurate quotes and solutions
- Follow up on open opportunities and help move deals forward
- Use a CRM system (HubSpot) to manage your pipeline
What We Need From You
- 1–4 years of sales experience (B2B or manufacturing experience preferred)
- Someone comfortable working toward quotas and tracking performance
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Quick learner who can understand technical products and processes
- Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
