Position Summary
Fairway Packing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our growing business-to-business sales operations. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
· Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
· Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
· Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and order history
· Assist with order changes, issue resolution, and special customer requests
· Support Outside Sales Representatives with account follow-up and order management
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
· Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or order processing
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
· Ability to learn and navigate internal systems and order entry platforms
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Professional, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
· Experience in foodservice, meat, manufacturing, distribution, or perishable goods industries
· Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer account management
· Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
