What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Staff Zone?
Are you passionate about finding the perfect person to fill roles? Staff Zone Headquarters is looking for a well-rounded Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our amazing HR team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. This candidate should be able to source candidates both through online sourcing and a more boots-on-the-ground, cold calling sourcing approach. Travel will be required as needed.
**Please note this is an in-office role. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.**
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone, Teams, or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Communicate effectively with leadership to ensure jobs are filled timely
- Meet monthly quotas related to calls and emails
- Post open positions timely
- Attend job fairs as needed
- Actively source for all open positions to find quality candidates
- Ability to be in office Monday-Friday to fulfill job responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferred (or 3-5 years Recruiting experience)
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
