- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
- Build strong candidate pipelines within construction and skilled trades
- Partner with hiring managers to align on needs, timelines, and hiring strategy
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions
- 5–7 years of recruiting experience (construction or related industry strongly preferred)
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who can build trust with hiring leaders
- High-impact role supporting business growth in the Southeast
