We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced automotive production and warehouse environment. This role is responsible for supervising employees, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, maintaining workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM, with mandatory Saturdays as needed based on customer demand.
Pay: $33.65-$36.06/hourly

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support department employees daily.
- Schedule resources to meet production and customer requirements.
- Train, coach, and develop employees, including ride-along evaluations and certifications.
- Conduct audits to ensure SOP compliance and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate vehicle processing and shipments.
- Handle employee relations matters, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Investigate accidents and complete corrective actions as needed.
- Review and approve timekeeping in Kronos.
- Maintain safety, productivity, and efficiency standards.
- Communicate effectively with management, HR, quality teams, and customers.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience with a strong employee relations background.
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly line, automotive, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual management principles.
- Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel, climb, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $33.65 - $36.06 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
