Bilingual Group Lead NOW HIRING

Join our growing team as a Bilingual Group Lead and play a key role in driving operational success in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will lead and support a team of 30-50 associates, ensuring a safe, productive, and positive workplace. You will serve as a liaison between employees, management, and clients while helping achieve daily production, quality, and safety goals.

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Attendance reporting to client
• Coaching associate performance
• Safety and GMP compliance
• Assist with associate concerns
• Build rapport with client floor supervisors, line leads, etc.
• Updating the applicant tracking system and managing associate timecards
• Ensure client processes are followed to provide a safety-focused environment producing the highest quality standards

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Able to Lift 20 pounds
• Drug Test
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
