Maintenance Technician

Staff Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client in East Windsor, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 4PM – 1AM
• Monday - Friday
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $20 / hour 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. You'll perform repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and boiler systems — ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service, repair & maintain all process equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance & calibration
• Assist with equipment installation & modification
• Maintain HVAC, boiler, compressed air & exhaust systems
• Conduct facility inspections & building repairs
• Work with contractors to maintain safety & alarm systems

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail & safety standards
• Comfortable working in manufacturing environments

Physical Work Includes:
