- 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM
- Monday - Friday
Pay Rate:
- $18 / hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English (read and write), have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. This role requires someone who can adapt well to change, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively both independently and with others.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Uphold company policies and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual – English and Spanish required (read and write)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard programs
- Ability to work well with others and in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working through change and ambiguity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but willing to train the right individual
