Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production, assembly, sewing, warehouse, and shipping operations
- Manage production workflow to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
- Lead, coach, and support production supervisors and team members
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Develop expertise in flag and banner manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to resolve quality concerns and customer issues
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
- Manage labor allocation, material availability, and production scheduling
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to avoid production delays
- Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment
- Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Perform additional operational and management duties as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Previous Production Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating, maintaining, and repairing sewing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet production deadlines
- Experience managing production teams and workflow processes
Preferred
- Spanish bilingual
- Experience in textile, banner, flag, or sewn-product manufacturing
