Salary: Up to $70,000 annually, DOE, with a generous commission structure and benefits package. ~ 40% travel required to the West Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in rotary joints, understanding maintenance and facility managers' repair parts needs.
- Effectively offer solutions through our rotary joint products.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with clients, actively listening to their needs.
- Present products as solutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience in industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical understanding; Engineering Degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to excel in a sales role.
- Familiarity with rotary joints or similar products is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/yr, all expenses paid.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) Range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
