Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in the facility.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure proper operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Align and adjust machinery parts as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Work with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Participate in shift rotations and be available for emergency repairs.
- Work rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 nights on, rotating shifts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a millwright in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery installation, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
