HR Generalist - Duluth, GA
Salary: $75,000 annually plus year-end bonus
Key responsibilities:
- Managing employee relations issues
- Conducting new hire orientation and onboarding
- Maintaining compliance with federal and state employment laws Assisting with policy administration and interpretation
- Supporting performance management processes
- Ensuring accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Help promote a positive workplace culture while maintaining consistency in policies and procedures.
- Must be confident and be able to build relationships with managers in an assigned region, multi offices, supporting about 400 employees & Managers.
Experience with the following:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Construction, manufacturing ,or logistics industry required
- Experience supporting 400 employees and managers across multiple locations
- Investigations and employee relations compliance/risk management new hire orientation & onboarding manager coaching policy interpretation fast-paced operations support
- Month end and other ad hoc reports strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Paycor is a plus
