Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test electrical components, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Assembly Technician with electromechanical skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel to Germany for three weeks of paid training.
