We pride ourselves on providing prompt and reliable service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dispatcher / safety coordinator to join our team in Tampa. Job Description: The dispatcher / safety coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the schedules and routes for our service fleet, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities will include: Coordinating the schedules and routes for our service fleet Assigning technicians to service calls and ensuring timely response times Monitoring technician progress and ensuring timely completion of service calls Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work performed, and customer interactions Providing administrative support to the service department as needed Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures Conducting safety training for employees and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Investigating accidents and incidents and making recommendations for improvement Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in a service-oriented environment Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs Familiarity with GPS tracking and routing software a plus We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
