About Us
Optim Build Group LLC is a growing general contracting company specializing in maintenance, renovations, HVAC, painting, drywall, flooring, plumbing, and construction services for multifamily apartment communities throughout the Tampa Bay area.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused *Dispatcher / Project Coordinator* to become an essential part of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and coordinate incoming service requests from clients.
* Create, schedule, and manage work orders from start to completion.
* Dispatch technicians and subcontractors efficiently.
* Communicate daily with property managers, customers, vendors, and field personnel.
* Coordinate schedules, service dates, and emergency work requests.
* Process change orders and obtain customer approvals.
* Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
* Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, notes, and project records.
* Assist with estimates, proposals, and follow-up on pending opportunities.
* Coordinate quality control inspections and customer satisfaction.
* Support onboarding of new subcontractors and maintain operational systems.
* Work closely with management to improve efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications
* *Fluent in English and Spanish (required).*
* Previous experience in dispatching, construction, property management, or service coordination preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer systems.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
* Reliable, professional, and a team player.
