Construction / Real Estate Development Accounting Analyst
Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst with a Construction Development background to join their team.
Duties include:
-responsible for completing construction draw schedules and compiling the supporting documents,
- creating development budgets given direction from the executive team,
- tracking pre-development costs
- Performing ad-hoc analysis as needed.
The position will report to the VP of development.
Requirements:
-BS in Accounting or Finance
-Real Estate Development Accounting Experience
