Our client, a mid-size law firm located in Midtown Atlanta is currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their office. The paralegal position will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include documentation, due diligence, closing and post-closing activities for all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing and management. Prior experience as a commercial real estate transactional paralegal required. In addition, some litigation work may be required, although no prior litigation experience is necessary.
