Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks - Onsite
Our client has an immediate need for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper with at least 2 years of experience, preferably with expertise in QuickBooks Online Plus and ADP run payroll processing.
The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining vendor W-9 records, managing 1099 contractor payments, processing bi-weekly payroll for 20-30 employees, maintaining employee records, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, preparing weekly financial reports, maintaining an electronic filing system, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
The candidate should also stay updated on bookkeeping best practices.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
