Role Description This is a part-time Bookkeeper role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Lawrenceville, GA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial record keeping, including posting and reconciling transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing basic financial reports. Responsibilities include recording journal entries, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role also involves working within accounting software to ensure accuracy, organizing financial documents for the design team and leadership, and assisting with budgeting or cost tracking for projects. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with the owner and external partners as needed to maintain clear, timely, and compliant financial records.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong bookkeeping skills, including maintaining ledgers, tracking expenses, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing financial statements to support informed decision-making and accurate reporting.
