Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite-focused Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions, drive financial reporting accuracy, and support strategic financial initiatives within a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with company objectives
• Oversee general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy of entries, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, leases, and debt schedules
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules
• Manage cash flow and support financial planning activities
• Supervise accounting staff including payroll and accounts payable functions
• Develop financial models for forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability analysis by project
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies across accounting operations
• Leverage NetSuite to improve reporting, streamline workflows, and enhance system utilization

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (MBA preferred)

● 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities

● Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

● Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred

● Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling

● CPA eligibility or progress toward certification is highly preferred

● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
