Accounting Manager - Franchising (100% In Office - Duluth, Georgia)
- Cash flow management of over $2M annually and timely processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable across multiple companies
- Coordinates preparation of 20 federal, states, and owner’s personal tax returns with CPA firm
- Management of FTC required franchisor annual audit
- Provide Franchise Business Management
- Builds and maintains relationships, tracks financials and oversees collections for franchised centers
- Serves as liaison between corporate office and franchisees to build company brand
- Works with marketing and public relations firms for business operations
- Compliance reporting to county, state, & federal agencies
- Oversees human resource functions for the corporate office and corporate owned centers
- Set up and management of 10 companies utilizing QuickBooks Pro
- Oversee bank deposits and monthly reconciliations for ten corporate accounts including real estate and franchise sales
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly financial reports with CEO
- Executive team member in charge of initiating interview and hiring process with prospective candidates
- Payroll oversight of employees and 10 corporate staff members, new employee processing, benefits administration, recordkeeping, and employee reviews

- Quickbooks Experience
- MS Office Suite with EXCEL
- Previous experience working with Franchises (highly desired)
