Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Full-cycle Bookkeeping
-Accounts Receivable/Collections
-Accounts Payable
-Reconciliation of financial accounts
-Other general accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Must be proficient in QuickBooks
-Intermediate Excel skills
-Must be well organized
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
-BS in Accounting, Business or Financeis a plus
Salary: Base Salary up to $50k plus incentives and excellent benefits.
