Job Summary
This position reports to the CIO and will oversee all Research and Development initiatives, including data conversion projects and strategic pilot programs, from initial client intake through execution and completion. The Project Manager will own client and internal stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project progress across global teams, including pilot operations in the Philippines. This role requires insurance industry knowledge and experience with database migrations, system configurations, data mapping, and process innovation.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of 5 concurrent data conversion projects
Serve as primary point of contact for client correspondence and facilitate intake/review meetings
Lead and coordinate work efforts of an offshore data conversion team
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure data integrity, and quality control throughout conversion process
Track KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects R&D / future initiatives:
Lead pilot programs and Research & Development initiatives, including evaluation, testing, and
operational rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes
Partner with Operations and Technology teams to assess feasibility, define success criteria, and transition validated R&D initiatives into production workflows
Monitor and report on performance, ROI, and scalability of pilot programs to support executive decision-making
Requirements2 years of agency management system experience
2 years of database/data-mapping experience
3 years of insurance industry work experience
3 years of Excel
Availability to work until 6:30 PST daily
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
Candidate is familiar with Offshore teams.
Has previous exposure with system-to-system migration processes and requirement gathering.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
