What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide efficient, long-term solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance and service repairs
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and system schematics
- Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service
- Document service findings and recommendations accurately
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
Qualifications
- 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and work on a variety of HVAC systems
- Experience making repair vs. replacement recommendations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
