What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service
- Provide friendly, professional support and build trust quickly
- Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
- Accurately enter and manage customer information

- Keep calls efficient while still delivering a great experience
