Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Livonia, MI. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying qualified customer prospects and making outreach calls to establish sales consultation appointments that will lead to new business. You'll maintain your contact lists and document results for each call within the company CRM records. Participate in sales operational reviews, customer strategy discussions with leadership, and process improvement discussions. Additional responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and support for customers.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
