IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER
STACK Cybersecurity is a full-service IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) as well as a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) We are an IT consulting company that provides ongoing support and management of customer network environments, workstations, and servers with an emphasis on cybersecurity-forward solutions
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Systems Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to end users across multiple client organizations.
This position is in-office/on-site in Livonia, MI. 48150. No remote candidates will be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive end-user technical support and troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts in both Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory environments
- Perform workstation setup, maintenance, wipes/rebuilds, and ongoing support
- Configure and troubleshoot printer connections and resolve printing issues
- Support remote workers with their technical needs
- Configure and troubleshoot remote connectivity solutions including SASE, VPN, and RDS
- Answer incoming support calls and respond to tickets within established SLAs
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities in the ticketing system
- Participate in on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environment
- Experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory
- Understanding of remote connectivity solutions (SASE, VPN, RDS)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to document technical solutions clearly and concisely
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLA compliance

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
