Position Details:
- Job Roles: Plumbers, Laborers, Journeymen (All skill levels)
- Start Date: August 2025
- Location: Office located in Florence, MT but jobsites in Missoula, Kalispell etc
What We're Looking For:
- Physical Requirements: Ability to handle heat, and work with both arms and legs
- Skills: All skill levels are welcome to apply Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned pro, we have a place for you.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $25 - $55 per hour (Based on experience and skill level)
- Health Insurance: Yes
- PTO (Paid Time Off): Yes
- 401k: Offered after 1 year of employment
- Clothing Allowance: $500 after 6 months, and a yearly allowance of $500 for workwear
Tools & Equipment:
- Power Tools: Provided by the company
- Hand Tools: Must bring your own
