We’re a locally owned and operated small business passionate about providing accurate, reliable, and affordable bookkeeping services. As our client base continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome a motivated and detail-oriented individual to our team.
This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of 16–32 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, with the potential for additional hours as the role expands. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, wants to strengthen their bookkeeping skills, and values flexibility, professionalism, and long-term growth.
About the Role
- Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Keep monthly bookkeeping accurate and up to date
- Perform data entry in QBO and Excel as directed by management
- Enter tax data into our tax software to support our CPA during tax preparation
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
- Support the team with various bookkeeping tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience (required)
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Ability to represent our business with professionalism and integrity
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Clear communication and solid problem-solving skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows
