Position Summary
The Client Success Representative (CSR) serves as the primary day-to-day contact for customers within a fast-paced, multi-client 3PL and fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for managing order flow, ensuring accuracy in execution, and maintaining strong communication between customers and internal operations teams.
The CSR plays a critical role in ensuring service levels are met by proactively identifying issues, supporting billing processes, and maintaining accurate data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely entry, processing, and shipment
- Partner with operations and warehouse teams to monitor order status and proactively resolve issues
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, inventory levels, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, orders, and shipping documentation
- Support weekly and month-end billing processes, including responding to billing inquiries
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and manage inventory and order activity
- Follow and adhere to all account-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and escalate service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel to support account performance and decision-making
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or B2B environment (3PL or logistics preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required) – ability to work with data, reports, and basic formulas
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Work Environment
- Combination of office and warehouse setting
- Regular interaction with warehouse operations and cross-functional teams
- Moderate to high noise levels in warehouse areas
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Frequent use of computers and communication devices
