As an insurance agent working for a brokerage your job would be selling insurance and building your own book of insurance clients. The job is building relationships, maintaining relationships, quoting and selling insurance, and servicing insurance policies. This is a people job. Qualifications
We would prefer someone who is already licensed in insurance AND this is not a necessity. We will interview and train the right candidate.
