Finance Operations Analyst

Stable10 is partnering with a growing financial services company seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support core accounting and operational finance processes. The company has experienced rapid growth over the past few years, significantly expanding its revenue, customer base, and market presence while maintaining strong profitability and a lean finance team.
You’ll contribute to month-end close, support reconciliations across multiple platforms, and collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to strengthen processes, reporting, and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close and related financial reporting
- Manage front-office payout setup, calculation, review, and distribution
- Investigate and resolve breaks identified through daily and monthly reconciliations
- Reconcile financial and operational data across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in documenting and maintaining internal processes and procedures
- Partner with development, compliance, risk, accounting, and management teams on reporting and workflow enhancements
- Support the implementation and maintenance of strong internal controls and accounting policies
What You Bring
- 3 years’ experience within an accounting or finance environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with enterprise accounting systems; NetSuite preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot accounting issues
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data analysis and presentation
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, high-initiative approach
