What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership for all plant operations while partnering closely with the Plant Director to drive operational excellence
- Lead Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Operations teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial objectives
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement
- Oversee successful product launches while ensuring operational readiness, budget performance, and customer satisfaction
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, productivity improvements, cost reduction, and operational efficiency throughout the facility
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, customer requirements, and all applicable regulatory standards
- Foster a culture built on teamwork, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent automotive leadership experience)
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience within Tier 1 automotive or OEM manufacturing
- Proven success leading large manufacturing operations through safety, quality, delivery, and profitability
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, including stamping, welding, and coating
- Experience leading plant launches, operational transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams
- Executive-level communication skills with a track record of driving results through people
