Support the marketing department by carrying out the daily tasks to keep the department functioning and facilitate the duties of the marketing manager. This position will have a strong focus on content creation for our company and products.

Support the marketing department by carrying out the daily tasks to keep the department functioning and facilitate the duties of the marketing manager. This position will have a strong focus on content creation for our company and products.
Duties And Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To
- Researches and coordinates all aspects of trade shows and conferences, and attends some trade shows
- Coordinates all aspects of Lunch and Learns, including invitations, updating calendar, mailing literature, sending certificates after lunch and learn and follow up satisfaction e-mail
- Distributes web leads to appropriate people across all divisions
- Organizes internal and external distribution of marketing collaterals, including inventory, placing orders, verifying receipt
- Mailings, including data entry of leads, CRM management
- Coordinates and delivers email and mass-mail campaigns
- Collects and qualifies information regarding potential customers via magazines, e-mails, internet and specific web-based programs, i.e. McGraw, Sweets, ThomasNet
- Engages customers on social media, including blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc
- Phone contact and follow up with potential customers and consultants
- Assists with creation of ads, brochures, case studies, presentations and other collateral, including collaborating with and directing media agencies
- Assists with corporate website content and updating
- Ensures brand messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies across all media platforms, events and opportunities
- Phone coverage during lunches, absences
- Assists with monthly and quarterly reports
- Assists with analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales or related
- Minimum 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Social Media experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and organizational skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person and on the phone
- Ability to manage numerous activities and support the efforts of others in achieving company goals
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (required) and Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)
- Experience with email marketing services (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) a plus
- Experience working with and maintaining brand standards
- Experience with CRM system a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
